Our massage therapists believes in an integrated approach to massage therapy; using a combination of stretching, neuromuscular release, deep tissue, and swedish techniques during each session. We listen to each patient’s needs and expectations to create a truly specialized massage session. The majority of our patients come to us in pain or dysfunction and require extra attention that can be hard to find.
We also understand that a large part of the population have sensitivities to smells, products, positions and music. We use all hypoallergenic laundry detergents, lotions, and only the highest quality products to accommodate even our most sensitive of patients. We have a variety of pillows and options for positioning on the table as well as an electric lift table for those who have a hard time getting on and off the table.

While there are many different techniques of massage, instead of separating them into individual sessions, they are combined in each massage to address the different problems and complaints of the client. While there are hundreds more techniques, listed below are a few most frequently used.
Thera-cupping is an adaptation of traditional Chinese cupping therapy. Cupping is used to release fascia (connective tissue) and all layers of interstitial tissue allowing fluidity of tissue, blood circulation, and the lymphatic and nervous system.
Swedish massage is the most known type of massage. Typically swedish involves long relaxing strokes to calm the nervous system, stimulate blood circulation as well relax the body.
Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage relieves tension in the muscle tissue by working superficial and deep layers, releasing “knots” and restoring the tone of the muscle.
Deep pressure is used to release trigger points that can cause pain patterns and dysfunction in the muscle. Often performed to restore muscle length and flexibility and break the pain cycle.
TMJ Massage (Tempromandibular Joint)
Dysfunction of the joint can be caused by many action including grinding, gritting, stress, and head traumas. TMJ massage focuses on the neck, head, and muscles of the face to release trigger points or hyper-tonic muscles creating imbalances and pain.
Pregnancy massage (Prenatal Massage)
Meeting the needs of the expecting mom, pregnancy massage can be pain-relieving and or stress reducing. This massage is performed in a side-laying position which is comfortable and allows for massage in common areas of discomfort such as the neck, low back, hips and legs.

An alternative to a full one hour massage, chair massage is performed while the client is fully clothed and can be stimulating, yet relaxing.
