One of our mostly frequently asked questions is when should I use ice vs heat.   Knowing which one and how to use it for the most effective self-treatment can be the difference in healing or exacerbating the problem.    We often use ice/heat or a combo to facilitate healing at our office as part of your chiropractic or massage treatment.
